A woman who authorities said was high on drugs was arrested and booked after driving her vehicle in the wrong direction through a car wash in San Bernardino County.

Six people were arrested after they ran across the 210 Freeway in Upland trying to evade police following a burglary.

The driver, an undentified woman, was extricated from the vehicle and taken into custody. She had a no bail-warrant out for her arrest among other charges, police said.

A welfare check was conducted on the 33-year-old woman after she failed to show up for work, police said.

Jose Ramirez, 25, was arrested in connection with the Oct. 2 crash in Upland that left one woman dead, and another critically injured. Police said Ramirez was arrested for DUI in July.
