Freddie Trone, the 42-year-old man convicted in the robbery and shooting death of rapper PnB Rock at a South Los Angeles restaurant, was sentenced Monday.

The project is the first new housing community in LA to move forward under AB-2011, which was approved to help address California's dire housing crisis.
