The lawyer for Loay Alnaji claims his client did not cause Paul Kessler to fall and was several feet from the man of Jewish faith when the fight broke out in Thousand Oaks.

Loay Alnaji, 50, was arrested on suspicion of manslaughter for Paul Kessler's death. He initially told authorities he was involved in a fight with Kessler and called 911.
