Students and staff were on lockdown at Riverside City College Tuesday due to a barricaded suspect situation, police said. The campus has since been given the all-clear by police.

The Riverside Fire Department and Riverside Municipal Airport have notified the FAA and NTSB.

Police say Christopher Michael Jackson was arrested on numerous occasions, and was recently ordered to serve six sentences of 16 months in jail after pleading guilty to 23 felonies. However, due to jail overcrowding he served less than 10 days.
