The city of Anaheim has reached a tentative agreement with striking sanitation workers. Huntington Beach has not yet reached an agreement, but officials are hopeful a deal can be reached this week.

An oil sheen has been spotted about two nautical miles off the coast of Huntington Beach, two months after a large oil spill.
