LOS ANGELES - Calling cashiers and stockers, too: Northgate Market is hiring at all 41 of their store locations.
The company is looking to fill 150 spots across the board at their markets in Orange County, Riverside, Los Angeles, and San Diego counties. The only thing they ask is that you apply to the store nearest you so that it’s more convenient.

Gonzalez adds, "So our pay is depending on what position you are going to apply for, but I will tell you that we are very competitive in pay and we want to make sure that our full benefits package is one of the best. For full-time associates, we have full benefits and investing benefits like 410K and things like this.
Northgate Market has been around since 1980. It was founded by 13 brothers and sisters 40 years ago, and now it’s run by 25 of the 53 cousins in the business. Throughout the years Joshua says they’ve made it their mission to give back to their community through offering quality service knowing they’re on the front lines -- not just during the coronavirus pandemic but always.
"We love our associates and we want them to grow with us," Gonzalez says. "If they come in, we want them to expect to have a better life and to grow every day to meet their goals and to help the company also meet their goals."

He also adds you don’t have to be bilingual to apply. While it’s definitely a plus, it’s not a requirement. They are focused on unique products and very differentiated Hispanic offerings, but they might find all of those products at other stores.
Many of their associates with 30 or 40 years in the company have made an amazing life for themselves and have grown in meeting the company goals.
