Like much of Central Florida, the rain came pouring down at Disney's Hollywood Studios on Monday night.

Disney plans to develop “Storyliving” residential communities across the U.S., including the first in Rancho Mirage, California, called “Cotino.”

Festivities will begin on October 1st, the same day the theme park company opened its first Florida park in 1971, and go for 18 months as new experiences debut across the entire resort.

"We understand that COVID-19 is a very real health concern that we all have to take seriously," said event organizer Nick Caturano, "but many cast members have a legitimate basis for refusing vaccination." 

On a recent trip to Walt Disney World, 4-year-old Bernardo was seen tipping his hat to every Disney princess passing by at a Magic Kingdom parade. His mom says her son is "Disney's true prince."
