If you like to be scared, there's a scientific explanation as to why you might enjoy it. 

Turns out - you might be addicted to the physical reaction! 

It's situations that cause fear, so your body activates its fight, flight, or freeze response. 

It sends a flood of different hormones into your bloodstream, making you focus, your eyes dilate, and your muscles tense.
