Swastika painted on aqueduct: A reaction to Charlottesville?

PALMDALE, Calif. (FOX 11) - Maybe it's a teen prank, maybe it's a response to Charlottesville.

Regardless, a multi-cultural group of residents came out to denounce whomever spray-painted a swastika near the California Aquaduct.
