North Korea has confirmed it has conducted its fifth and largest atomic test.

Tonight's test apparently done underground and triggered seismic activity with a magnitude of 5.3.

This is video from a test rocket launch in North Korea a few days ago.

South Korea's president call today's test 'fanatic recklessness.'
