POMONA, Calif. (FOX 11) - A homeless man has been arrested for vandalizing a vehicle in Pomona.
The man was caught on video throwing a chunk of concrete through the windshield of a car.
26-year-old Jacob Makwana was booked on suspicion of felony vandalism, assault with a deadly weapon and throwing an object at a moving vehicle with
intent to cause great bodily injury, the Pomona Police Department stated. He is being held on $110,000 bail.

what he believed to be illegal dumping being committed by Makwana.''
According to police the victim immediately began to video record the incident. That’s when Makwana got upset and ran towards the vehicle. As the victim began to drive away Makwana threw a large boulder, striking the hood and windshield, police said.
