Flight attendant union asks American Airlines to recall new uniform

(FOX 11) - The flight attendant union is asking the airline to recall its new uniforms saying that its causing headaches, rashes, and respiratory problems.

Sixteen hundred employees have complained of a bad reaction.

American says nothing abnormal was discovered during their initial round of tests were but are looking into what's causing a reaction.

Some attendants have requested the uniforms in a different fabric.

American Airlines has permitted some employees to wear their old uniforms in the meantime.
