After weeks of public outcry, Los Angeles city crews are finally in the process of clearing the Beverly Grove encampment.

A business owner says she's fed up with the homeless crisis in her neighborhood. An unhoused man told FOX 11 on camera that the city has not yet fulfilled its promises to help them.
