Yahoo! Music editor on MJ's unreleased album up for auction, Halloween TV special

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (FOX 11) - Even though he has been gone for nearly nine years, there's lots of Michael Jackson news to report.

Yahoo! Music's Lyndsey Parker breaks it down for us. Watch the video above to hear the latest on MJ's music producer Quincy Jones suing the estate for millions of dollars.

Lyndsey also reports on some positive news on the late singer: His estate is working with CBS to develop a Halloween special for TV featuring Michael Jackson's music.

Also, there's an unreleased album going to auction at www.gottahaverockandroll.com. The opening bid is $50,000, but there's a catch.
