VIDEO: Man wounded in Torrance officer-involved shooting
TORRANCE, Calif. (FOX 11 / CNS) - A man was wounded Tuesday in an officer-involved shooting in Torrance, police said.
The shooting happened about 6:30 a.m. at a Southern California Edison storage yard in the 17600 block of Yukon Avenue, Torrance police Sgt. Paul Kranke said.
The man was taken to a hospital for treatment of a wound that was not life-threatening, Kranke said.
According to the preliminary investigation, police went to the location after being called by a security guard at the site, Kranke said.
