Armed robbers in San Jose caught on surveillance camera

SAN JOSE, Calif. (FOX 11) - In the bay area...a violent armed robbery is caught on camera in San Jose. Now police hope someone will be able to recognize the criminals.

The surveillance video shows two men armed with an Uzi-type gun hitting a wholesale food supply store. This happened back on April 23rd.

One of the suspects can be seen using his fists to knock out a woman.

The man then grabs cash off her desk and empties her pockets.

Police say the robbers took off in a silver Acura.

Police described the armed suspect as a Hispanic man in his 30's or 40's with black hair and a mustache.

He appeared to be 5-foot-10 and weighed about 200 pounds.
