Police uncover panhandler faking disability

(Right This Minute) - The holiday season is time when people seem to open their hearts to helping more than other times of the year - which means unsavory individuals are more likely to exploit people during the holidays.

That's what police found when they caught a panhandler who had tied his legs to make it look like he was disabled, when in reality, he could walk just fine.
