The old cliche goes: 'Too many cooks spoil the broth.' But does that saying apply to law enforcement?

Today, the people who oversee transit system in LA County are voting on whether to expand protection of their passengers by dividing responsibility among multiple agencies.

L.A. County Sheriff, Jim McDonnell sees a lot of problems with the new plan. He joined us Thursday morning with his concerns.
