320 Festival on mental health begins

With everything online it's no surprise that a festival on mental health that was supposed to be this weekend at LA Live is now on the web.

The 320 Festival honors the life the Linkin Park singer Chester Bennington. He died by suicide almost three years ago. 320 stands for Chester's birthday, March 20th.

The event was founded by Bennington's widow Talinda Bennington who calls herself a suicide loss survivor. She'd partnered with Kevin Lyman, the founder of the iconic Vans Warped Tour.

Talinda has been a dedicated advocate ever since his death, founding a non-profit on mental health. She was recently honored by Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services

There's a full three-day schedule of speakers and music starting Friday at 8:30 a.m. It goes all day through Sunday, April 10.

Saturday there's a concert with Chris Martin of Coldplay.

Speaker topics include America's Youth A Generation Under Siege, and Stress and Adaptation.
