Gov. Newsom announces initiative to connect farmworkers with California’s food banks

In a move that Gov. Gavin Newsom says captures California's spirit, he announced Wednesday a collaboration between the state's farmers and ranchers to distribute excess products to local food banks to help feed millions of families.
