Ventura County extends school closures through May 1

The Ventura County Office of Education has announced that all school closures will be extended through Friday, May 1.

The extension applies to all school districts in the county. The new target date to repon is set for Monday, March 4. This announcement comes a day after Governor Gavin Newsom advised parents that most schools in the state might be closed through summer break.
