DALLAS - She could have just said, "Mom… Dad… I'm pregnant." Instead, one North Texas woman played a game with her parents. The results have made her family an internet sensation.
Alexa Goolsby had her parents put on noise canceling headphones during family game night and then asked them to read her lips.
She and her husband, Drew, got the idea from Jimmy Fallon's show and thought it would be a fun way to share their good news.
In the video, Grandma-to-be Sharla Anderson catches on pretty quickly. But it took Bob Anderson quite a while to guess the phrase, "You are going to be a grandfather."
The video on YouTube has been viewed more than one million times.
The Goolsbys will find out the gender of their baby in mid-December.
