5 injured after school bus, SUV collide in Orange

Multiple injured in bus crash

At least five people were injured during a bus crash Monday in Orange.

ORANGE, Calif. - At least five people were injured when a school bus and an SUV collided together in Orange.

The crash happened just after 3 p.m. Monday on Santiago Canyon Road near Red Rock Canyon Road, according to Orange County Fire Authority Capt. Greg Barta.

Three adults and two children were sent to the hospital in serious but stable condition.

There were two adults in the SUV and a bus driver and two children in the school bus, Barta said.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
