Costa Mesa man, pet opossum booted from JetBlue flight
LOS ANGELES - A Costa Mesa man and his pet opossum were booted from a JetBlue flight in Austin, Texas leaving them stranded.
The man flew to Austin from Long Beach with no problems. His playful opossum was in a pet carrier but when it came time to come home, JetBlue said no way.
The airline said they only allow small dogs and cats.
Gerald Tautenhahn and his opossum "Zatara" eventually got home on another airline.
