Bill Cosby found guilty of drugging and sexually assaulting woman

Attorney Gloria Allred didn't hold back outside the Pennsylvania courthouse after Bill Cosby's guilty verdict. She represents some of the women suing Cosby in civil cases.

"We are vindicated, we are validated and we are now part of the tsunami of women's power and justice." Said Victoria Valentino.

The actor and comedian was found guilty on three counts of aggravated indecent assault for drugging and sexually assaulting Temple University employee Andrea Constand in 2004. Cosby Defense Attorney Thomas Mesereau Said.

"We are very disappointed by the verdict we don't think Mr. Cosby is guilty of anything and the fight is not over."

But victim Andrea Constand disagrees. Her attorney speaking on her behalf.

" I am so happy to today that although justice was delayed... It was not denied." Said Attorney Dolores Troiani.

Inside court, reports of an expletive laden Cosby outburst when the prosector argued that he should be taken into custody. After court, Cosby didn't speak and was ushered away.

"A man who had spent decades preying upon women that he drugged and sexually assaulted and a man who had evaded this moment here today for far too long." Said Prosecutor Kevin Steele

Los Angeles based attorney and Fox 11 Legal Analyst, Anahita Sedaghatfar tells us why this verdict is so monumental.

"We're entering into a new era where blaming the victim is no longer acceptable. " Said Sedaghatfar.

Cosby faces up to 30 years in prison. His attorneys vowed to appeal. Sedaghatfar says their appeal could hinge on the judge allowing testimony of other Cosby accusers.
"You cannot convict a defendant based on alleged acts he did towards other people.. The judge felt that info. Would be probative his attorney's on appeal are gonna say no... That was highly prejudiced and that will be a huge basis for appeal in this case." Said Sedaghatfar.

Cosby was set free on 1 million dollars bail as he awaits sentencing.
