An interview with the stars of 'A Walk In The Woods'
LOS ANGELES, Calif (FOX 11) - Our Julie Chang sat down with the legendary Robert Redford and Nick Nolte to talk about their new movie "A Walk in the Woods". Redford says the best selling book sat on his desk for years (2002 to be exact) because he thought it would be just another travel book--not quite.
The Bill Bryson book is one of the most celebrated tales about friendship; and Redford says the only book to date that's made him laugh out loud. The story underlines the proverbial saying: it's not about the destination, but the journey.
Speaking of, what a journey it's been for Redford. The 79 year old actor has more than 70 movie credits. What advice would he give to himself at age 20? "Pay attention. You'll learn a lot."
'A Walk In the Woods' opens in theaters Sept 2nd.
