Woman detained after refusing to answer questions at Border Patrol checkpoint
A woman from San Diego was detained by Border Patrol at a checkpoint in New Mexico after she refused to answer the agents' questions about her citizenship.
Shane Parmely posted a series of videos and detailed what happened on her Facebook page.
The first video, which can be seen below, has been viewed over 300,000 times and shared hundreds of times.

At the start of the video filmed from the backseat of the car, one of the officials can be heard saying, "Citizens," and then Shane asks, "Are we crossing a border?"
