UCLA police investigating woman found dead near campus

(FOX 11/CNS) - A 26-year-old female UCLA student was found dead Wednesday on the Westwood campus.

A university spokesman said the woman's death did not appear to be a suicide and foul play was not suspected.

Los Angeles firefighters responded around 6:45 p.m. to the 11000 block of Weyburn Avenue for the woman, according to news outlets.

The woman's name was not immediately released.

The coroner's office was investigating her death.
