Trial begins for photographer assault lawsuit against Justin Bieber

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (FOX 11 / CNS) - Trial is scheduled Tuesday in photographer Jose Duran's lawsuit against Justin Bieber. Duran alleges he was assaulted by Bieber as the singer was leaving a Calabasas movie theater with then-girlfriend Selena Gomez.
