Tierra Del Sol: Training for jobs despite developmental disabilities

Getting a good job is never easy, especially if you're dealing with developmental disabilities.

That's why Tierra Del Sol, a non profit organization, offers vocational training to people with special needs. Trainees get paid $10.25 an hour.

They work between 15 to 20 hours a week and the jobs vary.
