Six-year-old entrepreneur starts plane kit company amid pandemic to help other kids

Many small businesses are closing up shop due to the pandemic but one young entrepreneur is taking the risk and starting his own company.

Nicholas has big dreams and is making them happen.

He wanted to create a company that can help the children of first responders. He also wants to give back to charities and he's doing it all.

Did we mention Nicholas is only six-years-old?

During quarantine, his mother encouraged him to start a company.

"We made a plane out of popsicle sticks but his brother took it so he made another one and realized that was the company he wanted to start: craft plane kits," she explained.

A portion of every sale goes to the Triple Heart Foundation, the organization that gives books to NICUs all around the country. Nicholas was in the NICU too, so it's personal for him.

Due to the fact that his company, Creations by Nicholas, started during the coronavirus pandemic, he's passionate about paying it forward.

He is happy to send a free plane kit to any child whose family has been directly impacted by COVID-19. To clarify, he will send one free kit if the child's parents or siblings have or had the virus, or if the child is experiencing COVID-like symptoms of his own.

In addition, if the child's parents dedicate their time as essential medical workers who treat people with the cirus, Nicholas wants to hear from you and will happily send a kit your way.
