Powerball jackpot surges to $1.5 billion ahead of Saturday's drawing

The Powerball jackpot has now grown to $1.5 billion after no lottery player matched all the winning numbers from Wednesday night's drawing.

Last night's jackpot was $1.25 billion.

The winning numbers were 25, 33, 53, 62, 66, and red Powerball 17. The Powerplay was 4X.
