Local voters hold virtual watch party for night two of RNC
LOS ANGELES - A small group of voters held a virtual watch party Tuesday to watch the second night of the Republican National Convention.
The group shared thoughts throughout the convention.

"It shows a stark contrast to how the DNC handled things. The DNC had their elites come talk to us. The RNC is having everyday people like Nick Sandman. They [DNC] had Billie Eilish, a privileged multi-millionaire celebrity, and we had Nick Sandman, a teenager who was bullied by the Democrats. It was nice to see a lot of the lifelong Democrats come out at the RNC because the left has gone so far left," said Joey Saladino.
Meghan McNulty also talked about the convention.
"I thought that Reverend Graham's granddaughter did a great job as well as Pam Bondi and obviously Nick Sandman was a highlight because he really does represent our generation's issue with free speech and bullying which i think is a huge topic," she said.

She also liked Tiffany Trump's speech.
"She seems a lot more polished, confident, and she looks mature," said McNulty.
Jean-Claude Eenshuistra wants to hear a message about unity.
"The ultimate part is to do what Americans have always done, come together, work together and make the best even in a situation that is very challenging," he said.
Peter Van Voorhis pointed out how President Trump pardoned a man during the convention.
"The fact that President Trump actually pardoned someone live at the RNC, I not only thought it was a great thing to do, but I think it also touts some of his accomplishments about criminal justice," said Van Voorhis.
He said he wanted to hear from Barron Trump.
"I think what Tiffany is saying is great and all, but you know what I want to hear from? I want to hear from Barron Trump. He's 14, he's 6'5". He's a good looking guy and he's gotten a lot of crap from the left, and we've never heard from him," he said.
Van Voorhis also wants to hear more about the plan to handle the pandemic.
"I think they need to show people they're a part of building back the economy, and not keeping you locked inside your house. I promise you there are tens of millions of Americans who are sitting frustrated, hopeless, and feeling like they have no opportunity," he said.
Matt Edgerton is a moderate voter, who wants to hear messaging that will appeal to him and other moderates.
"Both parties I've felt over the last couple years have been forced to take a stronger side on either end and that sometimes alienates, like I feel I'm a moderate, and it alienates the middle. I think there are a lot of people trying to find that middle ground and neither party is particularly catering to it right now so it's nice to see the attempt [from the RNC]. A lot of these speeches, they're hitting a lot of buzz words which I understand, but I'm struggling to see in these speeches what the go-forward plan is," said Edgerton.
