Tow truck crashes into apartment in Panorama City
LOS ANGELES COUNTY, Calif. - A car smashed into a building in Panorama City.
The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a call from an apartment complex on Tuesday, August 4.
As of 2:45 p.m., officials had not said how many people were hurt in the incident.
