L.A. City Attorney, Mike Feuer discusses the retail false ads suit

Shoppers looking for last-minute deals on holiday gifts should keep in mind that what looks "too-good-to-be-true" - just might be.

That's the warning in a lawsuit filed by LA City Attorney, Mike Feuer.

It claims Macy's, Kohls', JC Penney, and Sears duped customers with misleading sale prices.

The man behind the lawsuit joined us this morning - L.A. City Attorney, Mike Feuer.
