Kylie Jenner becomes youngest self-made billionaire

Kylie Jenner, the 21-year-old reality TV star and make-up mogul, has become the youngest self-made billionaire of all time, according to Forbes.

The previous holder of the top spot was Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg who was 23 when he made the list in 2008.

Forbes estimates Jenner's company, Kylie Cosmetics, is worth at least $900 million. Her most popular product is the lip kit that comes with a lipstick and matching lip liner. It sells for $29.

Jenner's make-up empire consists of seven employees, according to Forbes, and Jenner is the sole owner.

She is also the youngest billionaire on the magazine's 'young billionaire's' list with a personal net worth of $1 billion.

Her fortune is padded with endorsements, the reality TV show, 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' and real estate.

"That's a nice pat on the back," Jenner told Forbes about the recognition.
