Homeless man found stabbed to death in Anaheim

ANAHEIM, Calif. (FOX 11 / CNS) - A man was found fatally stabbed Thursday behind a restaurant in Anaheim, police said.

An assault in progress was reported at 1:56 a.m. at 990 S. Euclid Street, according to Anaheim police Sgt. Daron Wyatt.

Responding officers found an unresponsive man who appeared to have been stabbed, Wyatt said. Officers performed CPR on the victim but he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Detectives were on scene looking for witnesses and processing the crime scene, Wyatt said.
