Fallen tree takes out power lines in Encino
ENCINO, Calif. - Crews are working to restore power in an Encino neighborhood Tuesday morning after a tree fell down and took out some power lines.
It happened near Petit Avenue and Oak View Court just before 6 a.m.
No injuries were reported.
