On Woodley near Sherman Way in Van Nuys is a billboard promoting a brand of toilets that reads:

The irony is that Tuesday afternoon a pipe under Woodley at Cantley broke belching a ton of water into the air and street! Jim Sanchez, who lives on Cantley, says the pipe-break sounded like a garbage truck hitting something and when he went outside his street looked like a river.

There didn't appear to be any damage to the homes or businesses in the neighborhood, but there were lots of rocks on the street and some cars were splashed from the dirty water.
