10-year-old wounded in possible drive-by shooting in Pomona

A ten-year-old has been shot and wounded in a possible gang-related drive-by shooting in Pomona.

The child we don't know if it's a boy or a girl turned up at a nearby hospital and is now listed in stable condition.

At approximately 2:50 PM, the Pomona Police Department received multiple calls of a possible drive-by shooting in the area of the 1100 Block of Cornelia St. in the city of Pomona.

Pomona Police Department also received a call of a victim who showed up at a hospital who was suffering from a single gunshot wound to his shoulder area.

The victim is listed in stable condition at this time. Officers arrived on scene in the 1100 Block of Cornelia and are actively working the crime scene and any leads. It looks like the victim was not the intended target and could be possibly gang related. The investigation is still on-going.
