'Worst idea ever': Woman jumps into tiger pen

Observers at the Toronto Zoo looked on in horror as a woman suddenly jumped the fence at a tiger pen, reportedly to retrieve her fallen cap.

A YouTube video posted yesterday shows the woman hopping off a walkway to recover her hat, as the tiger rapidly paces back and forth behind a second protective fence and starts jumping up toward her.
