Woman snaps photo of a serial flasher sought by LAPD

SAN PEDRO, Calif. (FOX 11) - A quick thinking woman turns the tables on a serial flasher in San Pedro. After he exposed himself to her -- she whipped out her cell-phone and snapped a shot.

Take a good look. LAPD detectives need help identifying this man who has allegedly attacked at least three women since April.

This image was taken earlier this month. All the victims...including a sixteen-year old girl told police similar stories.

The flasher exposed himself -- made lewd comments and then groped his victims.

He's described as Hispanic, between 19 and 25-years old and approximately 5-feet-8-inches tall and 190 pounds with black hair.

LAPD detectives are urging any victims who have not reported their assault to give them a call.
