WATCH: YouTuber's snowboard ride around NYC is joyfully rebellious

(FOX News) - A well-known YouTuber defied New York's travel ban -- but made video magic -- when he strapped on a snowboard and cruised through city streets while being towed by a jeep.



The impressively shot video, which employed drones and GoPros on sticks, shows Casey Neistat swerving and gliding on his board to a remix of "New York, New York."

A crowd in Times Square cheers as he flies through Times Square waving an American flag in a joyfully rebellious gesture.

In a highlight at the end of the video, Neistat gets pulled over by a NYPD officer who appeared to secretly enjoy the stunt.
