The Eataly chef shares 5 ways to cook polenta

Chef Dennis Dello Stritto of Eataly joined us on Good Day LA with five ways to cook an Italian favorite - polenta!

Eataly LA is offering cooking classes for students of all levels and ages, called "La Scuola." Current class offerings include Hands-On Pasta, Chef's Table (Italian Sunday), Back-to-Basics where students can learn to make Italian basics, like Risotto and Gnocchi.

Pricing ranges from $50 for basic lessons, $80 for hands-on lessons, and up to $200 for advanced lessons.

Eataly LA is their first west-coast location.
