Suspect arrested in Arcadia homicide investigation
ARCADIA, Calif. (FOX 11) - A 27-year-old Hispanic man has been arrested for the killing of 76-year-old Chyong Jen Tsai whose body was found in the backyard of her home in the 300 block of East Forest Avenue in Arcadia on April 9, 2019.
Heber Enoc Diaz of Pasadena was taken into custody as he was leaving his home Friday morning and was booked at Inmate Reception Center in downtown Los Angeles, with no bail, for murder, said the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
The victim's car was found on 900 Colorado Boulevard in Los Angeles on April 18, 2019, after being reported missing.
Authorities have not yet determined a motive for the killing but the investigation is ongoing. The cause of death will be determined by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner.
