Simi Valley Police motor officer injured in pickup truck crash

SIMI VALLEY, Calif. (FOX 11) - At 4:49 pm Wednesday afternoon, a Simi Valley Police motor officer was involved in a collision with a pickup truck at the intersection of Los Angeles Av and Tapo Canyon Rd. in Simi Valley.

The officer was transported to the hospital in critical condition. CHP Moorpark is assisting SVPD with the investigation.

No further details at this time.
