Sheriff's deputies investigating homicide in Baldwin Park

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office and Baldwin Park Police are investigating after a man was shot dead Friday morning.

Police responded to the 14600 block of Demblon Street around 10 a.m regarding a call of a gunshot victim.

Once on scene officers located a man with a gunshot wound to his upper torso. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Officials are currently searching for the suspect involved. They have identified him as 37-year-old Gregory Kingsbury. He was last seen leaving the location in a gray 2012 Nissan Altima with paper plates and light tinted windows.

Officials do not have a motive for the shooting.
