Researchers say cinnamon pumpkin spice could help you lose weight

According to a new study, your pumpkin spice latte could actually help you lose weight.

Researchers say 'cinnamaldehyde', an essential oil that gives cinnamon and pumpkin spice its flavor, burns fat.

The study out of the University of Michigan suggests there may be more benefits of 'Cinnamaldehyde.'

But researchers say more studies are needed to get a full perspective of its benefits.

Cinnamon itself has proven to lower cholesterol, sustain sugar levels and the risk of diabetes.

But, don't count on a Cinnabon diet in the near future!
