Pinners Conference this weekend in SoCal ‘where Pinterest comes to life'

If you're a Pinterest fan and regularly create new boards for various categories of life, there's an event happening in Southern California you might want to check out.

The Pinners Conference & Expo this weekend in Ontario features more than 100 classes on popular Pinterest trends. Attendees will also be able to browse nearly 300 brands in the worlds of DIY, crafts, cooking, self-improvement, photography, party planning, scrapbooking, holiday and beauty and fashion.

"It's where Pinterest comes to life," said Pinners Conference founder Roxanne Bennett. "There are going to be 108 workshops taught on all of the popular Pinterest trends over the course of the two days, and then shopping is over the top."

This year, the event happens at Mountain America Expo Center in Sandy, on November 2nd and 3rd, 2018.

There are six conferences held throughout the country. In Southern California, Pinners Conference & Expo is March 8 and 9 at the Ontario Convention Center.

On Friday, the event is 10 a.m. through 8 a.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

General admission tickets for exhibits and shopping are $8. Class passes, which include admission, range from $19 to $29. Many classes will have optional kits to buy once you're in the class.

Kids 8 years and under are free to all events.

Ticket options are available at the door.
