Move over turkey the carbs will make you sleepy too

We've always heard the Tryptophan is what sends us into the need for post-Thanksgiving dinner naps.

But a new study says... otherwise.

You can blame the turkey to a certain extent.

However, there's another reason for that must-need nap.

It's the side of carbs you ate with the turkey.

The stuffing... The potatoes... The pie crust... and for a lot of people, the alcohol.

Carbs jack up your blood sugar making you crash afterwards.

Experts suggest you load at least half of your plate with veggies.
